PluginheadI think the Wu Tang stuff is mostly sampled... you can kinda recreate that by using a piano VST with some vinyl effects and EQ and sampling that.
The Dre track is an electric piano sound... nothing really unique as far as I can tell, just a good riff which is 'strummed' a little and pretty compressed.
What plugins do you already have that do piano sounds? I bet you could get close with one of them and a bit of tweaking. 🙂
